Reflective noise barrier
- Noise barriers systems manufactured and supplied by Vinh Hung Investment and Production Company Limited (Vinh Hung IP) are in compliance with standards: TCCS 45:2022/TCĐBVN, TCVN 11823:2017, BS EN 1794:2003, TB/T 3122-2019, TB 10505-2019,… meeting stringent requirements for technical specifications, manufacturing processes, and production equipment.
- Noise barrier systems are designed to reduce the propagation of noise from the source to surrounding environment, particularly residential communities, schools, hospitals, and other noise-sensitive facilities, while also enhancing the visual appearance of the infrastructure. In addition, noise barrier systems can provide wind shielding, improve driver concentration, and contribute to greater safety for road users and vehicles.
- The products are manufactured under internationally certified management systems, including ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 3834-2 Welding Quality Management System.
Product Features
- The absorptive noise barrier system consists of supporting steel posts, safety retaining cables, absorptive noise panels, and installation accessories.
- The steel posts are fabricated from H-shaped structural steel sections. The post bases are welded to base plates and reinforced with stiffeners to ensure adequate structural strength and load-carrying capacity.
- The reflective noise panels are constructed from transparent sound-insulating materials such as Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), Polycarbonate (PC), laminated safety glass, or equivalent materials, mounted within aluminum alloy frames.
- The products are designed to meet acoustic performance criteria in accordance with TCCS 45:2022/TCĐBVN, EN ISO 11654, KS F4770, TB/T 3122-2019…. Acoustic performance is evaluated based on the Transmission Loss (TL) index, which represents the reduction in sound intensity as sound waves pass through the noise barrier. For reflective noise barriers, the transmission loss value shall exceed 25 dB at 500 Hz and 30 dB at 1000 Hz, in accordance with the performance criteria referenced in KS F4770.
